Carlos V.

Carlos V. has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Carlos started their career at Progressive Insurance in 2006 as a Claims Specialist and later transitioned into the role of Territory Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for insurance sales through the independent agent channel, managing large regional and franchise accounts. Carlos also took on additional responsibilities such as marketing, business consulting, and developing strategic marketing plans. In 2022, Carlos joined Sebanda Insurance as the Chief Operating Officer.

Carlos V. received an AA in Computer Information Systems from Miami Dade College in 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Florida International University - College of Business, where they earned a BA in Management Information Systems and BA in Business Management. At both institutions, Carlos studied a range of subjects including Marketing, Strategic Management, Information Systems, and Programming, with a focus on solving strategic business problems.
