Claude Anguille has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Claude is currently the Vice President Global Service at Sebia, where they provide strategic and tactical leadership to improve customer experience and increase service profitability. Prior to this, Claude worked at Haemonetics as the Head of Service Operations EMEA & LATAM, and at bioMerieux as the Global Customer Service - Systems Engineering Manager. Claude also has experience as a Senior Project Manager & Quality Auditor at Médiane Système and as a Project Manager & Application engineer at STMicroelectronics. Claude's career began as a Technician at DuPont and as an Engineering Trainee at Dassault Aviation. Claude holds a degree in Process Engineering and has expertise in service management, project management, and quality assurance.

Claude Anguille earned a Master's Degree in Management with a major in Marketing & Finance from Aix-Marseille Graduate Business School of Management - IAE in the years 1998-1999. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, and Embedded Systems from Polytech Marseille from 1995-1998.
