Dahlia Rin

Dahlia Rin is currently a Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a position held since 2015. Prior to this role, Dahlia served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Allison D. Burroughs at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and gained experience as an intern at the United States Attorneys' Offices. Dahlia also worked as a Summer Associate at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP. They earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2008, following a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies with a minor in Mathematics, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004.
