David Bobillot

David Bobillot, CFA, FRM, possesses extensive experience in finance and data analysis. Currently serving as the Data Visualization Product Owner and Senior Data Scientist at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since June 2013, David has previously held roles as a Quantitative Research Analyst and Financial Risk Analyst within the organization. Prior to this, David contributed to the Economics and Finance Department as an adjunct at Monmouth University from August 2011 to May 2018 and worked as a consultant for JPMorgan Chase and Drexel Hamilton Investment Partners, LLC. David’s career began after serving in the United States Army from June 2002 to May 2006, followed by several years in investment management at Blue Ocean Capital Management. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics, both from Monmouth University, along with additional education at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
