Jeremy Graves currently serves as Counsel in the Division of Enforcement, Complex Financial Instruments Unit at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since February 2023. Previously, Jeremy held the position of Staff Counsel at the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from May 2019 to February 2023. In addition, Jeremy was a Track Coach and Teacher at Aurora Central High School from February 2018 to May 2019. From October 2008 to August 2017, Jeremy worked as an Associate Attorney in Business Restructuring & Reorganization at Gibson Dunn, and earlier served as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court from September 2007 to August 2008. Jeremy earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law between 2004 and 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts from Liberty University from 2000 to 2004.
