Kimberly Cain

Kimberly Cain is a Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since 2012. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate in Enforcement and Investigations at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson, LLP from 2005 to 2012, after serving as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2004. Before entering the legal field, Kimberly was the Overseas Operations Manager at SI International, The Refugee Processing Center from 1998 to 2005. They earned a B.A. in Government & International Studies with a focus on Russian from the University of Notre Dame in 1996, and a J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2005.
