Kolby Hunter Quass

Kolby Quass is an experienced Information Technology Program Manager at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since August 2015, overseeing registration systems for the Division of Investment Management. Previously, Kolby served as an Information Technology Project Manager, leading modernization efforts that transitioned from paper records to an electronic management system using Microsoft SharePoint, while also developing technological strategies and roadmaps aligned with executive goals. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager at JPI, Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Specialist in the US Army. Kolby holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Mary Washington.
