Michael Ferrario is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in securities regulation and international affairs. Since September 2014, Michael has held multiple senior roles at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including Senior Special Counsel to the Acting Director of International Affairs. Prior to this, Michael was an Associate at Allen & Overy from December 2011 to August 2014 and a GW Law School Road to the Future Fellow at Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP for a brief period in late 2011. Michael's early experience includes internships at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Ernst and Young, LLP, and other notable firms. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University.
