Moshe Rothman

Moshe Rothman is currently the Assistant Director at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where they have also served as Branch Chief and Counsel to the Director of the Division of Trading and Markets. Previously, Moshe worked as an Associate at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP, Howrey Simon Arnold & White, and Cooley LLP, and began their legal career as an Attorney at Musgrave & Theis. Moshe holds a B.A. in English and Psychology from Trinity University and is pursuing a Doctor of Law (J.D.) at The George Washington University Law School.
