Yamini Piplani Grema

Yamini Piplani Grema is a legal professional with extensive experience in enforcement and litigation. Currently, Yamini serves as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since April 2022, previously holding roles as Counsel and Senior Advisor in the Division of Enforcement. Prior to this, Yamini practiced as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from September 2014 to April 2022 and completed a clerkship at the Colorado Supreme Court in 2021. Additional experience includes a judicial externship at the United States District Court and summer associate roles at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
