Naveen Rohatgi

Naveen Rohatgi has extensive work experience spanning over two decades, with a track record of success in various roles. Naveen is currently serving as the VP of Engineering at CyGlass (a Nominet Company) since October 2020.

Prior to their current position, Naveen was the Founder of Seceon Networks, where they led the global engineering team in building an intelligent, adaptive, and highly scalable comprehensive security platform. In this role, they transformed the product delivery methodology, drove a culture of customer success, and provided technical guidance to address challenging technical problems. Naveen also played a crucial role in defining the product architecture, utilizing distributed CCEs and centralized APE.

Before Seceon Networks, Naveen worked at BTI Systems as the Director Protocols. During their time there, they were responsible for the vision and development of the "7800" product line, which was well-received and significantly contributed to the company's bottom line.

Prior to BTI Systems, Naveen held the position of Principal Solutions Architect at Juniper Networks, where they played a key role in validating and defining a range of solutions using Juniper products and partners' devices.

Naveen's earlier experiences include working at Aastra Telecom as a Technical Lead, where they enhanced the product portfolio and incorporated IP phones with various PBX features. Naveen also worked at Nortel Networks as a Technical Leader and contributed to the growth and success of the CVX 1800 product line. Additionally, Naveen served as the Engineering Head at Nortel Networks India Ltd, where they were instrumental in setting up the India R&D lab.

Before Nortel Networks, Naveen worked at Hughes Network Systems as a Technical Leader, where they provided technical support for the development and maintenance of a low-cost multi-protocol router.

Throughout their career, Naveen has consistently demonstrated their expertise in engineering, product development, architecture, and customer success. Naveen has successfully delivered innovative solutions, played key roles in defining product strategies, and contributed to the growth and success of multiple organizations.

Naveen Rohatgi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing & Strategy from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
