Sunil Kotagiri

Sunil Kotagiri has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sunil is currently an Engineering Leader at Amazon, where they are involved in hiring for the Amazon Dash Cart team. Prior to that, they founded Seceon Inc. in 2014 and built an intelligent, adaptive, and scalable Data-Center and Cloud Security platform. At IneoQuest Technologies, they served as the VP of Engineering, leading the strategy and delivery of video service assurance analytics software. Sunil also held the role of Sr. Director of Software Engineering at IneoQuest, where they directed the re-engineering of their flagship Video Management System. Before that, at Ciena, Sunil was the Director of R&D and Software Engineering, contributing to the integration of PhyFlex Hardware and Software product portfolios and leading the development of next-generation FTTx and HFC solutions. At Narad Networks Inc., they managed the development and release of Broadband Network Management and Service delivery platforms. Sunil also has experience working at Lucent Technologies, where they played a crucial role in product releases, managed provisioning systems, and contributed to the development of network management frameworks.
