Jules Ala

Jules Ala is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security event monitoring and analysis. Currently serving as a Security Operations Center Analyst at SECNAP Network Security since May 2018, Jules is adept at identifying and distinguishing between normal events, critical events, and false positives. Prior to this role, Jules was an Information Technology Specialist in the US Navy from June 2013 to June 2017, where responsibilities included the administration, maintenance, and repair of 800 workstations, alongside leading a help desk team that effectively addressed 350 trouble tickets for 450 staff members. Jules holds a degree from Florida International University, completed between 2017 and 2020.
