Yoganarasimhan Grama is an experienced professional in water resources, currently serving as an Expert at Secon Consulting and as Chief Consultant at SECON Private Limited in Bangalore, India, since March 2003. Previously, Yoganarasimhan was a Professor and Head at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, from 1990 to 1995. Yoganarasimhan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where studies were completed between 1972 and 1975.
