Msire Benjamin Berry

Benjamin Berry, MSIRE has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Benjamin currently holds the position of Vice President of Investment Management at Second Avenue since February 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Acquisitions at Second Avenue from May 2018 to February 2021.

Before joining Second Avenue, Benjamin worked as an Acquisitions Associate at Icon Residential from May 2017 to May 2018. Benjamin also gained experience at Largo Capital as a Loan Originator from May 2016 to May 2017, where they assisted commercial real estate property owners in obtaining the best financing options.

Benjamin's early career includes roles at Progress Residential as an Acquisition Associate from December 2012 to May 2016, and at Mattress Firm as a Manager from December 2011 to November 2012.

Benjamin began their career at Marcus and Millichap as an Associate from December 2009 to December 2011, and also gained experience as an Account Management Intern at St. John & Partners from January 2009 to April 2009.

Benjamin Berry, MSIRE, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Advertising from the University of North Florida in the years 2005 to 2009. Benjamin later pursued a Master's degree in International Real Estate from Florida International University, which was completed in 2015.
