They have worked as a Merit Review Panelist at the National Science Foundation, as a Marketing Director at TnB Software, and as a Manager of Market Strategy at Xerox. They have also worked as an Assistant Editor at the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. They have degrees from Smith College in Political Science and Government, and from New York University in French and History.
