We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apartment Locator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in finding apartments that meet their needs, preferences, and budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a strong understanding of the local rental market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their housing needs and preferences.

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on available apartments in various neighborhoods across Houston and throughout Texas.

  • Property Tours: Arrange and conduct property tours for clients, highlighting key features and amenities.

  • Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating lease terms and conditions with property managers.

  • Documentation: Prepare necessary paperwork and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; real estate license preferred but not required.

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales; experience in real estate is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of the Texas rental market and local neighborhoods.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
