Jervis Williams

Jervis Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jervis started their career in 1995 at Hewlett-Packard as a Business Development Manager and later became a Senior Financial Analyst. Jervis provided financial support and developed pricing structures for sales deals.

In 2000, Jervis worked as the CFO/COO at Omega Music, where they were responsible for financial operations, including distribution deals and company liaisons.

From 2003 to 2004, they served as the VP of Business Development at Noah Basketball - Pillar Vision, leading business development efforts and establishing partnerships in the sports industry.

At Wind River from 2004 to 2008, Jervis held the role of Senior Manager of Finance and Operations, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and board presentations.

From 2008 to 2010, Jervis worked as a Senior Manager of FP&A at VMware, where they led financial integration efforts for major acquisitions and partnered with various divisions for cost reduction.

At Citrix from 2010 to 2015, they served as the Finance and Business Operations Lead, leading multiple M&A integrations and transitioning the company's business model.

As the Founder and Principal at Swerve Financial from 2016 to 2018, Jervis provided CFO consulting services to startups, creating financial models and reports for fundraising purposes.

At Metawave Corporation from 2018 to 2021, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer, leading finance and HR functions and securing funding through successful Series-A fundraising and government contracts.

Most recently, Jervis held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Legion Technologies from 2021 to 2023. Jervis was responsible for all financial aspects, including planning, reporting, fundraising, and managing a venture-funded enterprise SaaS company.

In 2023, Jervis joined Second Front Systems as the Chief Financial Officer.

Jervis Williams obtained their MBA in Finance and General Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with Business Emphasis from UCLA between 1983 and 1987. Jervis completed their high school education at Menlo School from 1979 to 1983.
