Currently serving as Vice President of Quality and R&D at Second Nature Brands since February 2021, Melanie previously held roles including Senior Director and Director of Research and Development at the same company. Prior to this, Melanie was Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Technical Services at POP! Gourmet Foods. Additionally, Melanie worked as a Senior Manager in R&D at The J.M. Smucker Company and served as Senior Director of Product Development & Regulatory Compliance at Sahale Snacks. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutritional Science from Seattle Pacific University, earned in 1993.
