Natasha Gilbody MSc RNutr

Natasha Gilbody MSc RNutr has extensive work experience in the nutrition and health field. Natasha has been a Senior Health Coach at Second Nature since 2019 and a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach at Roche Diabetes Care since 2018. From 2016-2021, they were a Senior Nutritionist & Bariatric Coordinator at ABL Health and a Food Auditor at Leeds City Council. Additionally, they have been a Guest Lecturer at the University of Winchester since 2022, the University of Chester since 2021, and Leeds Beckett University since 2020. In their role as Senior Nutritionist & Bariatric Coordinator, Natasha was responsible for educating and motivating adults who are currently overweight and obese to begin the life changing processes necessary for permanent and continued weight loss and weight maintenance. In their role as Food Auditor, they conducted a local food audit in the Cottingley area of Leeds to assess the availability of certain types of food.

Natasha Gilbody MSc RNutr has an education history that includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Nutrition in Practice from Leeds Beckett University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Sheffield Hallam University (2010-2013). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as a Registered Nutritionist from the Association for Nutrition (April 2017), a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym Based Exercise) from YMCA Awards (September 2012), a Personal License from Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council (March 2014), a Level 2 Food Safety in Catering from the Royal Society for Public Health (October 2015) and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (November 2014), an Information Governance from The Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC) (April 2016), and a First Aid from the Health and Safety Executive (January 2014). Natasha also obtained an Applying Intuitive Eating and Non-Diet Approaches in Practice certification from the London Centre for Intuitive Eating (September 2018).
