Olaf Puschmann

Olaf Puschmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the field of cooling systems and compressors. Since July 2005, Olaf has held the position of Manager - Application BackOffice at Secop, responsible for managing an appliance test laboratory and an expert team focused on optimizing lab processes and developing new working tools. Previous roles include Head of R&D at Ultratroc - Donaldson, where Olaf led the R&D department for compressed air dryers, and R&D engineer at Danfoss Compressors, where design and development of cooling compressor components were primary responsibilities. Olaf began a career at Audi AG as a Development Engineer focused on body shell development. Educated at Fachhochschule Kiel, Olaf earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in the design of pumps and motors.
