Alex Ward

Alex Ward has extensive experience in the sports and events industry. Alex is currently the Global Director of Partnerships at Secret Cinema, a position they have held since December 2018. Prior to that, they worked at WME | IMG as the Senior Strategic Partnerships Director from September 2017 to December 2018. Alex also spent a significant amount of time at IMG, where they held various roles in commercial management and sales between 2007 and 2017. Their roles at IMG included Commercial Director, Head of Commercial, Commercial Manager, and Senior Account Manager. Before joining IMG, Alex worked as a Rugby World Cup 2007 Hospitality Sales and Marketing Executive at The Quintus Group from June 2005 to October 2007.

From 2002 to 2005, Alex Ward attended Newcastle University and received a 2.1 BA(Hons) degree in Politics.
