Deepu Unnikrishnan

Deepu Unnikrishnan is an experienced data science professional currently serving as a Data Science Manager at Secret Escapes since August 2022, focusing on recommendation systems. Prior to this role, Deepu was a Senior Machine Learning Data Scientist at SelfDecode, where efforts concentrated on deep learning models for local ancestry inference in the human genome. Deepu's earlier experience includes multiple positions at Deloitte India, spanning from Data Scientist 1 to Senior Data Scientist, and a role as an Operations Research Analyst at Mrf Tires. Deepu holds a PGDBA in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, as well as a PGDBA in Business Analytics and Cybersecurity from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. An undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering was earned at the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
