Martina Sklenkova

Martina Sklenkova is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in administration, payroll, and project management. Currently serving as HR Admin & Payroll at Secret Escapes since December 2022, Martina previously held the position of HR & Project Manager at IMS Montage from November 2019 to January 2023. With a career break dedicated to voluntary activities from January 2012 to October 2019, Martina's earlier roles include Manager of FSE programmes at the European Commission and ESF programme manager at the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic. Martina began their career as an Academic Programmes Coordinator at SAIA, n. o. from August 2002 to August 2003. Holding a Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Univerzita Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici, alongside foundational education at Bilingválne gymnázium Milana Hodžu, Sučany, Martina offers a strong blend of educational and professional expertise.
