Oliver Mernick-Levene has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Marketing Consultant and Account Director for various brands, including Microsoft, TechUK, Itau BBA, and Sony. This included working with both blue chip multinationals and SMEs/startups in the technology, finance, and corporate sectors. In 2013, Oliver co-founded Secret Food Tours, an award-winning global events company operating in over 60 major cities around the world. Oliver also co-owned a restaurant in Montmartre, Paris called Le Petit Moulin. In 2017, they became a Judge for the World Boutique Hotel Awards.
Oliver Mernick-Levene obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History and Politics from the University of Birmingham, studying from 2006 to 2008.
