Ivanka Antonova

Ivanka Antonova is a senior project manager at Ecorys UK. Ivanka has been with the company for just over a year and is responsible for managing a Work Programme in line with the European Commission requirements and the client DfE/DCMS. This includes leading a team of 17 members from various teams, setting up training and regular follow-ups, developing project plans and briefs, overseeing quality and performance, managing budget allocation, and managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders.

Prior to joining Ecorys UK, Ms. Antonova worked as a project manager at Secret Source, where they were responsible for developing and coaching staff by improving internal procedures, implementing new technologies, and finding ways of optimisation of processes and resources. Ivanka also organised and attended virtual events and stakeholder meetings and established excellent working relationships with colleagues from various departments.

They are on a team with Ted Stresen-Reuter - CTO, Rachel Manley - COO, and Nayra Padrón - HR Manager. Ivanka Antonova reports to Richard Clarke, CEO.
