Luísa Mazer

Luísa Mazer is an experienced Economic Advisor currently serving at the Paraná State Secretariat of Finance since April 2019, focusing on cost-benefit analysis of government programs and fiscal statistics. Prior to this role, Luísa worked at the Secretaria de Estado de Fazenda do Rio de Janeiro from November 2007 to January 2019 in various capacities, including Economic Advisor, where strategic mapping and redesign of fiscal incentive processes were achieved, and as Economic Assistant to the Undersecretary General, leading a team responsible for economic monitoring and price surveys that enhanced tax collection. Luísa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from FGV, a Bacharelado in Accounting from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, an MBA in Oil and Gas Industry from IBP, and a Master’s degree in Electrical Energy Systems from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
