Carmen T.

Carmen T. is a seasoned professional in communication and strategic partnerships, currently serving as an advisor at the Secretaría General Iberoamericana (SEGIB) since November 2017 and managing the "Campus Iberoamérica" project. Carmen has been a professor at Universidad Nebrija since 2015, developing curriculum for the Master's program in Political Communication and Crisis Management and teaching various undergraduate courses in communication. Previously, Carmen held the position of Director of Communication at the Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos (OEI) from August 2014 to November 2017. Carmen's education includes a Doctorate in Communication from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and multiple master's degrees and licenses in communication-related fields from various institutions, including Universidad Nebrija and Northumbria University.
