Leonardo Meza Reyes

Leonardo Meza Reyes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international cooperation and project management. Currently serving as the Project Manager for Cooperation at the Subregional Office of the Secretary General Iberoamericana for Andean Countries and as the Interim Director of the same office since January 2022, Leonardo previously worked at the Peruvian Agency for International Cooperation from 2015 to 2021, where roles included Analyst for Unrecoverable International Cooperation Programming and Assistant for the same area. Earlier in their career, Leonardo formulated agricultural business plans for Human Tech SAC and provided financial advisory services at Multiservicios Virgen del Carmen S.A.C. Leonardo holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from UNIR Mexico and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina.
