Harshal Doshi

Harshal Doshi is an Associate Director at Secretariat with seven years of construction consulting experience. His professional experience includes a variety of multi‐million to multi‐billion‐dollar construction projects in the oil & gas processing, power, offshore construction, infrastructure, commercial and residential development industries. During his time as a consultant with Secretariat, he has represented sub-contractors, contractors and owners (including government agencies) and advised them on matters of programming and delay for the purposes planned schedule submissions, claim preparation or arbitration.

He graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B. Eng) followed by MS Degree in Civil Engineering.
