Mr. Khedr has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has participated in the analysis of various types of construction claims for mediation, arbitration, and litigation. These claims included the analysis of schedule delays and impacts, and damages for alleged delays and disruption due to errors and omissions, contractor’s termination costs, direct and business interruption costs due to various insurance-related claims, direct cost overruns, and liquidated damages related to multi-faceted litigation. Mr. Khedr has experience consulting on a variety of projects. These projects include airports, oil and gas facilities and pipelines, electrical transmission and distribution networks, transportation systems, a performing arts center, wastewater treatment plants, earthwork, infrastructure, commercial office buildings and hotel construction projects. Prior to working in consulting Mr. Khedr coordinated and managed project controls and all contractual matters related to the construction of a $480M+ airport terminal building in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt as the on-site contract administration engineer.
