Stephanie Tombling is a Director in the London office of Secretariat. She is an Accounting Expert and has substantial experience in performing forensic and investigative accounting assignments focusing on high value commercial disputes both in litigation and international arbitration. She has acted as named accounting expert as well as supporting other accounting expert witnesses on numerous cases involving the economic damages and quantum of loss in contractual disputes, post-acquisition and breach of warranty disputes. Ms. Tombling has considerable experience in assessing the quantum of lost profits and business interruption losses.

She has also worked on matters concerning the quantification of insurance claims and the calculation of financial losses incurred. She has been involved with an arbitration tribunal of the United Nations and has done extensive work on some of the larger third-party liability cases in the Buncefield Oil Terminal Explosion. Her cases have covered a broad range of business sectors, including construction, oil and gas, power, manufacturing, transportation, hotel & leisure, food processing & distribution and wholesalers & retailers. Stephanie is tri-lingual in English, German and French.
