Amy Chan

Amy Chan is currently serving as General Counsel for the Secretary of State in Arizona since March 2022 and has been a Commissioner for the Arizona Citizens Clean Elections Commission since February 2017. Previously, Amy Chan held the position of State Election Director with the Arizona Secretary of State from March 2009 to October 2013 and served as Legal Counsel to the Majority in the Arizona State Senate from December 2006 to December 2008, advising on various legal and policy matters. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Law Judge for the Arizona Corporation Commission and as the Director of the Administrative Actions Division at the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Amy Chan earned a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Arizona.
