Kelsey Carbone

Kelsey Carbone serves as the Head of People & Inclusion at Secretly Group, a role held since October 2021, supporting a variety of brands within the organization, including Numero Group, All Flowers Group, and Ghostly International. Prior to this, Kelsey held key HR positions at KITH as Director of People & HR, Capsule as People Operations Manager, Care/of as HR Manager, Blue Bottle Coffee as People Operations Business Partner, and Nestlé Nespresso as Talent Acquisition Specialist. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from St. Francis College.
