Megan O’Grady

Prior to joining Secretrome Therapeutics, Dr. O’Grady served as Director, Product Strategy at Reata Pharmaceuticals. During that time, she served as a subject matter expert and statistician on two rare disease clinical programs, from the initial Investigational New Drug Application (IND) authorizations through registrational clinical trials and New Drug Application (NDA) approvals.

Dr. O’Grady received a B.S. in physics in mathematics from Vanderbilt University and a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from Harvard University. Her postdoctoral training was conducted in the Departments of Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
