Kathinka Ryen-Christiansen

Kathinka Ryen-Christiansen is an accomplished HR and Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in global talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as the Group HR & TA Director at Sector Alarm Group since August 2019, Kathinka develops and implements strategies for attracting and retaining a diverse workforce across eight countries while ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural considerations.
