Ausley Gage

Ausley Gage, MHI, currently serves as an AI Adoption Specialist (Global) at Sectra, where achievements include the development of standardized adoption strategies that integrate technical tools, change management, and communication plans. Previously, Ausley held the position of Deployment Project Manager, Pathology Lead, successfully delivering PACS projects through careful planning and execution. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Arcos Technical Development Specialist and Workflow Solutions Specialist at Epredia, where Ausley focused on connectivity, LIS integration, and workflow optimization using LEAN principles. Earlier in the career, Ausley served as Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Technician at University of Florida Health Pathology Laboratories, leading specimen management and departmental operations. Ausley holds a Master of Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from the University of Central Florida.
