Birgitta Hagenfeldt

Birgitta Hagenfeldt is a board member at Sectra. Birgitta was previously employed at PriceRunner from May 2021 to April 2022, where they held the title of Member Board of Directors. Prior to that, they were with Checkin.com (Regily AB) and Avanza Bank, where they served as Senior Advisor from March 2008 to June 2021.

Hagenfeldt has also worked with Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension and RAM ONE AB. Birgitta began their career with RAM Rational Asset Management AB in September 2002, where they eventually became Head of Administration. In this role, they were responsible for the company's formation, including applying for a permit from the Swedish FSA (Financial Supervisory Authority).

In November 2006, the Swedish FSA decided to grant the fund company a renewed license (re-authorization) in accordance with the new Act on Investment Funds and an extended license to manage investors’ financial instruments. Hagenfeldt handled the application and all documentation required for the application as well as all contacts with lawyers and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

In the spring of 2007, an offshore fund was started in the Cayman Islands, a process that Hagenfeldt managed in its entirety.
