Francisca Carvalho

Francisca Carvalho is a Deployment & Support Engineer at Sectra since April 2022, following a role as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Systems and Robotics - University of Coimbra from November 2019 to March 2022, where involvement included R&D for a project focused on developing a smart bed with a biosticker for patient monitoring in collaboration with CHUC and Glintt. Francisca holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Twente (2017-2018) and a Master's in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra (2014-2019). Additional education includes a CAE from British Council Coimbra (2006-2014) and a Basic Violin Course from Conservatório de Música de Coimbra (2006-2011).
