Kelly Sturm

Kelly Sturm has a diverse work experience history. Kelly started their career at Eau Claire Air Volleyball Club in 2010 as a Volleyball Coach. Kelly coached various age groups and prioritized teamwork and personal development.

In 2012, Kelly worked at Crystal Print, Inc. as a Staff Associate during summers. Kelly demonstrated focus and technological skills while fostering a positive work environment.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked at ASP, INC as an International Sales Coordinator. Kelly managed export licenses, coordinated product reviews, and assisted with product trainings. Their organizational and language skills were essential in maintaining international sales.

At Valley Bakers Cooperative Association from 2015 to 2016, Kelly served as a Business Services Manager. Kelly promoted services and online platforms, ensured customer satisfaction, and supported business development.

Next, they joined SECURA Insurance in 2016. Initially, they worked as a Claims Associate and handled the entire life cycle of casualty claims. Kelly researched insurance policies, communicated with various parties, and built positive relationships. Later, they became an Associate Underwriter, analyzing new business submissions and providing superior customer service.

Currently, Kelly holds the role of Commercial Lines Underwriter at SECURA Insurance. Kelly successfully manages a profitable book of business in a Colorado territory by writing new business and retaining and servicing renewal accounts. Kelly focuses on verifying eligibility, classifying risks, and pricing accounts to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. Kelly also maintains positive relationships with agents.

Kelly Sturm attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Kelly pursued studies in Spanish and Psychology during their time at the university.
