Lauren Potratz

Lauren Potratz, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience starting in 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Cashier at Service Oil Company. In 2017, they also took on the role of Sales Support at Fastenal Company, where they worked until 2019. From 2019 onwards, they joined SECURA Insurance where they started as an HR Intern and later became an HR Specialist. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Recruiting Specialist and in 2023, they advanced to the position of Senior HR Recruiter.

Lauren Potratz, SHRM-CP has a solid educational background in the field of Human Resources Management and Spanish. Lauren completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Their studies in this program took place from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, Lauren earned their High School Diploma from Oshkosh West High School, where they attended from 2013 to 2017.
