Shannon Austin, M.Ed, CPCU, ARM, AU, AIM, AFIS, ASLI, has experience working in various roles within the insurance industry. Shannon currently serves as a Senior Sales Manager at SECURA Insurance, where they have been since 2019. Prior to that, Shannon worked as a Business Development Manager at CopperPoint Insurance Companies from 2018 to 2019. Shannon also held the position of Senior Territory Manager at Safeco Insurance from 2014 to 2017. Shannon began their insurance career at Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2009 as a Senior Commercial Underwriter, where they worked until 2014.
