Mental Health Practitioner - Skills Worker at Secure Base Counseling Center LLC

Ashley Hoffman began their career in 2004 as a Dance and Theatre Choreographer for New Prague Dance Co. and New Prague Theatre Co. in a part-time, seasonal capacity. In 2010, they took on the role of Journey Shift Leader & Noodle Ambassador at Noodles & Company. In 2014, they joined Secure Base Counseling Center as a Mental Health Practitioner - Skills Worker, later becoming the Lead Mental Health Practitioner for the CTSS Skills Development Team and providing Support Staff - Job Recruiting. In 2020, they joined St. Wenceslaus School as a Counselor, providing developmental guidance for K-8 students, developing and instructing guidance lessons, collaborating with New Prague Area Schools to support Special Education plans and services, leading intakes and assessments for 504 education plans, conducting parent/teacher meetings, and monitoring tier 1 and 2 behavioral interventions conducted by teachers.

Ashley Hoffman attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Open Studies with an emphasis in Psychology, Communication Disorders, and Child Development.
