Christie B. has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Christie currently holds the position of Director, People & Culture at Secure Code Warrior since June 2023. In this role, they focus on making the digital world safer by helping companies secure their software through developer-driven security.

Prior to their current position, Christie served as a Senior Director, People Strategy Business Partner at Arete from January 2022 to July 2022. During this time, they spearheaded the HR Business Partnering function and led a team of HRBPs. Christie also served as a trusted advisor to EVP and P&L leaders for strategic people matters.

From March 2020 to January 2022, Christie was the Director, Global Human Resources at Arete. In this role, they managed all aspects of human capital management for the company, contributing to exponential growth in less than two years. Christie defined and executed HR strategies for locations in the US, India, Canada, and the UK.

In their previous roles, Christie worked at L3Harris Technologies. Christie B. holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Leadership and Negotiation from Bay Path University, which was obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Business Management Degree (B.S.) with a concentration in Management from Westfield State University between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) in 2019, the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in 2018, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2011.
