Clément Teixido Hervé

Clément Teixido Hervé has a diverse range of work experience. Clément started their career as an Electronic Technician at JCDecaux in 2008 and later worked as an R&D Engineering Practitioner in the NPI Optics department at Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell in 2010. Following this, they worked as a Product Marketing Engineering Practitioner in the PLM Optics department at the same company in 2011. Then, in 2012, they joined France Telecom Spain as part of the Sales Strategy team where they worked on sales channel transformation and profitability analysis of Spanish points of sale.

In 2013, Clément began a role as VIE Pre-sales at Alcatel-Lucent, which lasted until 2015. Clément then joined BlackBerry in 2017, initially as a Manager of Inside Sales for the NALA region before transitioning to become an Enterprise Sales Manager, responsible for BlackBerry's Cyber Security portfolio. During their time at BlackBerry, they managed sales and lead development strategies, quota and pipeline management, and participated in budget planning and organization design.

Most recently, Clément joined Secure Code Warrior in 2021. Clément first served as the Director of Inside Sales for the AMER & EMEA regions, where they were responsible for managing the Inside Sales and Business Development teams. Clément focused on developing and implementing sales strategies, improving lead conversion rates, and overseeing tactical and strategic planning. Clément then transitioned to the role of Director of Global Inside Sales, where they continue to lead and strategize the company's global inside sales efforts.

Clément Teixido Hervé earned an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from ECE. Ecole d'ingénieurs from 2007 to 2012. In 2010 to 2011, they also pursued an Engineer's degree in Medical Engineering and Team Management from École de technologie supérieure. In 2009, they briefly studied Computer Science at Concordia University.
