Randy Foss

Randy Foss has extensive experience in the drilling fluids sector, currently serving as GM Operations - Drilling Fluids at SECURE ENERGY since June 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, client account management, and product innovation. Previously, Randy held multiple leadership roles, including GM, Product Innovation and GM, Facilities & Procurement, where contributions included the development of over 50 new products generating $400MM in sales revenue and managing a supply chain with significant annual purchasing. Prior experience with Marquis Alliance Energy Group and Marquis Fluids included operations management and procurement, overseeing extensive field operations across multiple provinces. Early career experience at Halliburton as a Field Service Representative provided foundational knowledge in drilling fluids and problem-solving techniques. Randy holds a Supply Chain Management certification from Haskayne School of Business and a Civil Engineering Technology degree from SAIT.
