Erik Ness

Erik Ness is currently the Vice President & General Counsel at Secure Energy Solutions, LLC. Erik also owns Ness Law, LLC and previously worked as Counsel at Shipman & Goodwin LLP. Erik's experience includes representing clients in energy, utilities, environmental, and land use law, as well as managing large complex field investigations as a Senior Project Geologist. Erik holds a JD degree from Western New England University School of Law and a BS in Geology from the University of Rhode Island.
