Director, Customer Success And Account Management at Secure Exchange Solutions (Healthcare)

Isabella Luke has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Isabella began their career in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant at FMK Credit Education Center, where they were responsible for processing and filing clients' personal information. During their time there, Isabella gained extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite. In 2011, they also joined SunTrust Bank as a Client Service Specialist, where they serviced clients by offering financial solutions and benefits. Their skills in this role included careful analysis of client information, attention to detail, and identifying current and future needs. In 2014, Isabella joined Secure Exchange Solutions (Healthcare) as an EDI Analyst, followed by a role as a Business Analyst. Isabella then progressed to become the Director of Enrollment and Partner Programs, and currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success and Account Management.

Isabella Luke is currently enrolled at Arizona State University pursuing a degree in Technological Entrepreneurship and Management, expected to be completed in 2022.
