Peter Bainbridge

Peter Bainbridge has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Peter started their career at Microsoft Professional Services as a Microsoft Developer and SQL Support Analyst. After that, they worked as a Senior Windows Systems Engineer and DBA before becoming a Service Delivery Manager.

Peter then joined Datacom as a Delivery Manager, where they led and managed a team of Windows/Citrix engineers across two states. Peter was responsible for overseeing operations, support for Windows servers, and managing customer relationships. Peter later became a Business Manager in the Solutions Group, where they managed a team of Presales Architects and contributed to securing major customer sales.

Following their time at Datacom, Peter joined Ethan Group as Lead Enterprise Architect and Presales TL. Peter played a key role in reshaping the Presales team and developing go-to-market strategies for the organization's technology services. Peter also served as Chief Enterprise Architect, focusing on ensuring the relevance of Ethan's technology services in the Australian market.

Currently, Peter holds the position of Head of IT Operations at Secure Parking, a cloud-native technology company and one of Australia's largest car park operators. In this role, they are responsible for managing the organization's operational support capability, enterprise architecture, IT security, field services, and driving technology transformation and innovation.

Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated strong leadership, management, and technical skills, as well as a focus on customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Peter Bainbridge has a diverse education history. Peter completed their Postgraduate Certificate in Management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) in 2011, specializing in Leadership & Management. Prior to that, they attended Australian College of Commerce & Management from 2008 to 2010, earning a Diploma in Management and a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, with a focus on Leadership & Management. Peter completed their high school education at Baulkham Hills High School from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained their Higher School Certificate (HSC). Their HSC subjects included English (3U), Mathematics (3U), Computer Science (3U), Physics (2U), and Chemistry (2U).
