Stacey Pradia

Stacey Pradia is the CEO and Founder of SUJO Holdings, LLC, with a career spanning over two decades in the real estate and escrow industry. Beginning in May 2003, Stacey has held significant roles, including Senior Escrow Officer and Texas Title Partner, focusing on residential and commercial brokerage, entitlement, and land development. Since February 2017, Stacey has served as the Branch Manager and Senior Escrow Officer at Secured Title of Texas, successfully closing nearly 10,000 transactions across various types, including cash and traditional retail deals. Additionally, Stacey is a Professional Realtor with KLPTX, specializing in military relocation and property management, and previously worked as a Closing Specialist for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
